Mr. Norb J. Harrington

Norb Harrington is Community Banking Regional President with responsibility for all of Wells Fargo's retail and business banking operations in Greater Minnesota. He oversees $4 billion in assets, more than 1,125 team members and 60 banking stores throughout the region.
A 31-year veteran of the company, Norb assumed his current role in 2000. Previously, he was Regional President of Community Banking in Southern Minnesota beginning in 1996. Before that, he was President and Manager of Wells Fargo Bank Mankato as well as a credit supervisor, a commercial loan officer and a manager of the Commercial and Agricultural department. He joined Wells Fargo in 1974.
He serves on the Board of Directors of The Southern Minnesota Initiative Fund, Minnesota State University, Mankato, Foundation and Minnesota State University, Mankato, College of Business Executive Advisory Council. He previously served on the board of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and The Ronald McDonald House.
He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he earned his bachelor's degrees in finance and economics and his master's degrees in finance and accounting.
